We serve New York City, including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Astoria, Long Island City, Williamsburg, Park Slope, the Upper East Side, Upper West Side and surrounding neighborhoods. What types of services do you offer?
2
We offer weekly meal prep, drop-off family meals, postpartum meal support, in-home cooking, small dinner parties and gatherings, and fully customized menus based on your tastes, dietary needs and schedule.
How does weekly meal prep work?
3
Most clients receive one delivery or cooking session per week with 3–5 dishes that are portioned and packaged to cover lunches, dinners or both throughout the week. Menus are customized over time based on your preferences, favorite ingredients and any nutrition goals
Do you cook in-home or deliver?
4
We do both. Some clients prefer in-home cooking and meal prep in their kitchen, while others prefer meals prepared off-site and delivered ready to reheat.
What kinds of meals do you make?
5
Menus change with the seasons and are customized for each household, but examples include rotisserie style chicken with roasted potatoes and green beans, herb and Dijon salmon with lentil salad and chive vinaigrette, braised beef short rib with mushrooms and roasted potatoes, seasonal grain bowls with vegetables and soft eggs, turkey meatballs with pasta and greens, along with soups, breakfast items and postpartum snacks.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
6
Yes! We regularly work with gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sodium, vegetarian, postpartum-focused, high-protein and allergy-conscious households. We can also work alongside nutritionists or macro goals if needed.
Can you provide macro-friendly or nutrition-focused meals?
7
Absolutely. We can portion meals and tailor protein, carbs and vegetables to align with your goals. Many clients prefer individually portioned meals with estimated macros, while others prefer family-style containers.
How are the meals packaged?
8
Meals can be packed in foil containers for easy oven reheating or plastic containers for microwave reheating. Sauces, broths and dressings are often packed separately to help meals stay fresh and reheat well.
How do I reheat the meals?
9
Most meals can be reheated in the oven at 350°F for 15–20 minutes covered, or in the microwave for 2–3 minutes. Specific reheating instructions are always included with each delivery.
